Das Leben am Haydnplatz

Form follows community | Recognition Competition Manzinger Straße

Feb. 10, 2026

Our competition entry deliberately draws on historical concepts of collective living and translates them into the present day. Inspired by the New Objectivity movement of the 1920s, an architectural style emerges that does not seek to represent, but rather to facilitate encounters, participation and good living conditions for people.

Projects. We develop living concepts.

We love complex urban requirements and specialise in the strategic development, design and approval of building projects and their creative implementation.

Perspectives. Creative concepts for the architecture of tomorrow.

Creating spaces where people want to live means a lot to us. But life doesn't just begin behind the front door. That's why we create environments that extend beyond the four walls of a home. We often take unconventional approaches to create new qualities.

Processes. Quality through innovative construction methods and materials in conversion, densification and new construction. We aim to scrutinise the existing and at the same time learn from our built work. We see our planning as research assignments that expand our knowledge and sharpen our solutions.
