Every Monday morning, Thomas Rehn, Head of the Munich Local Building Commission, and Kerstin Oertel, Senior Director of Building, interview architects, property developers, construction lawyers or colleagues from the administration. The interviews are broadcast live to the Department of Urban Planning and Building Regulations, where they can be watched by all staff.

This morning, we welcomed Thomas Rehn to our office on Klenzestraße as part of the ‘Auf einen Espresso’ interview series. Michael Ziller answered questions on standards and building culture, the future of housing construction, and current challenges facing architecture.
