We are delighted that the City of Munich's plenary assembly approved the development plan for Freisinger Landstrasse in July 2024.

The decision is based on our master plan and a design manual. It is yet another project that addresses the nature and quality of an adjacent body of water. The master plan is based on two 1st prizes in 2017 and 2018 and takes maximum nature conservation and optimised fresh air corridors into account. In addition to the approx. 600 partly subsidised flats, the neighbourhood will include two day care centres, a restaurant with a beer garden, a triple sports hall for the local sports club TSV Jahn and a local grocery store... planning can now begin!
