This month, together with Wohnungsgenossenschaft München-West eG and engineering company LeichtOnline, we welcomed students from the Technical University of Munich. As part of their DENSITIM research project, the Master’s students are looking at the issue of adaptable redensification strategies – in the context of existing residential buildings. Our flexible timber construction was the thematic and spatial meeting point in Munich’s Westend. We are all the more pleased about a contemporary project that creates encounters and movement.
