"Michael Ziller is an architect and urban planner, which implies that he always thinks outside the box and seeks to understand the challenges of project development. For him, planning is not a one-way street focused solely on design aspects, but rather a collaborative process on equal footing – one that also prioritises ecological and social sustainability."

"This approach is well exemplified in Stadthaus Westend, a housing project on Tulbeckstraße. When selecting materials, the focus was twofold: prioritising local building materials with short supply chains while ensuring their authenticity remained tangible. The social and communal aspect of the project is best captured by its unofficial motto, Luxury for All – creating shared spaces that benefit the entire community. These include rooftop gardens located above the penthouses, community spaces supported through private cross-financing, and a mobility concept that reduces the need for costly underground parking.
These elements add significant value beyond conventional planning. However, finding the right target group that embraces and actively engages with these offerings remains a challenge."
"We create spaces for living. Every property we develop is designed to inspire and offer lasting value. Starting with the careful selection of the location, through to concept development, planning, and construction, our ambition is to develop truly unique projects. We strive to positively enhance the neighbourhood and foster strong connections within the surrounding area. Our residential properties reflect a contemporary lifestyle and a distinguished living culture. Our goal is to achieve a timeless architectural language and functional spatial concepts at a high standard of quality."
