The extension of the cooperative block in prefabricated timber construction is progressing and will offer urban living in Munich's West End from the end of 2025. With our construction fence poster, we are setting an example for our values and a holistic approach.

The existing building is being refurbished in the spirit of New Objectivity, while the new storey forms a material counterpoint without abandoning the theme of the period in which it was built.
