This month, we had the pleasure of welcoming the students from the Technical University of Munich, together with Wohnungsgenossenschaft München-West eG and engineering firm LeichtOnline. As part of their DENSITIM research project, the Master's students are exploring adaptable densification strategies – in the context of existing residential buildings. Our flexible timber construction was the thematic and spatial meeting point in Munich's Westend. We are all the more pleased about a contemporary project that fosters both interaction and movement.
