We are looking for an ARCHITECT m/f/d as project manager in Munich LPH 3-5
and a PRACTICAL ASSISTANT m/f/d in Munich.

In our team of around 12 employees, we design and manage living concepts for the city and for housing, for cooperatives, building cooperatives and for developers, with people and for people. As innovative as necessary. As natural as possible. We think about how life can return to the city and to the home and how emotionality can return to architecture - in order to create social interaction with housing. And when we design, we think about a sustainable, circular construction industry, increasingly also in timber construction.

ARCHITECT // WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
For our projects, mainly in residential construction in Munich and Hamburg, we are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with an architect for work phases 3-5 in a project management role. You have several years of professional experience with good knowledge of design, work and detail planning as well as teamwork.

YOUR TASKS
The creative and independent development and planning of building construction projects on various scales. You will plan and take on management responsibility and coordinate planning processes and buildings with your team members as well as with external planning and construction parties.

PRACTICAL ASSISTANT // WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Architecture and urban planning students for at least 6 months. You must have at least 4 semesters of study experience. You will support us with design and work planning, competitions and modelling. You have good knowledge of CAD, preferably Vektorworks, and other graphics applications.
